Department of Labor Compliance 
We expect and require that all job postings be compliant with federal employment laws, as specified by the (DOL). When looking to fill an unpaid internship position, we recommend that employers refer to the seven criteria put forward in the DOL (.pdf): Internship Programs Under The Fair Labor Standards Act.
