How to File a Complaint
The University considers that any problem or concern a student may have deserves attention and consideration. Students are encouraged to act on problems, complaints, and grievances in a constructive manner. Normal channels of communication ought to be used as the first mode of seeking resolution. It is the student鈥檚 right to follow all the steps outlined in the Student Handbook.
Online Students
If you are a student in an online program and you have concerns and/or complaints:
